Our policy in plain words
We are a small, two-brother brand selling made-to-order tees. To keep our prices honest at ₹999, we do not offer cash refunds at this stage. What we do offer is free size exchanges and replacements for damaged or wrong items.
Size exchange (free, within 7 days)
If the size does not fit, message us within 7 days of delivery at hello@drapex.in or DM @drapex.official with:
- Your order number
- The size you want instead
- A photo of the tee (label visible)
We will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost. Once the original is received in unworn, unwashed condition with the tag intact, we ship the replacement size.
Damaged or wrong item
If your tee arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong color or size, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost or, if a replacement isn’t possible, issue a 100% refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
What is not eligible
- Tees that have been worn or washed
- Exchange requests after 7 days from delivery
- Refund requests for sizing issues (we offer free exchanges instead)
- Returns due to color appearing slightly different on screen vs in person — we shoot under multiple lighting setups, but minor monitor differences are unavoidable
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it enters production — usually within 24 hours of placing it. After production starts, cancellation is not possible because the tee is being made specifically for you.
